I went looking for some name related to silver in mythology and came up with Selene the moon goddess. It's tenuous but works for me. Both Silver Turkomans I acquired were female and the other Turkomans have been male. Both these females had a noticeably different temperament than the Gold. Not nearly as rambunctious. The Dark Bay seems somewhere in between. She's almost a perfect companion for poking around dry, dusty New Austin. I get into a big toss up over this horse and the Silver Dapple Pinto Fox Trotter. The Turkoman's combination of refinement and power seems to win me over. I could keep both but then I'd have to give up another treasured mount. Oh the choices you inflict upon us Rockstar.
